BACKGROUND

Tyreright are a growing tyre company with more than 100 stores Australia wide. They are a premium end dealership focusing on providing the right advice and premium experience to all their clients. The Tyreright brand is vibrant and fun – just take a look at their spokesperson Vince Sorrenti! With this image in mind we were asked to customise their uniform and merchandising to fit the needs of this growing brand.

SOLUTION

First our consultants went out to meet with Tyreright’s management team to do a diagnosis of the company brand and undertake thorough research including visiting the stores, talking to Tyreright staff and surveying their target market. Through this diagnosis and research we discovered a lot of valuable information about the perceptions of employees, customers and management.

Using this information, our innovative design team came up with customised uniforms for Tyreright staff that were:

(a) Fashionable and modern
(b) Comfortable to wear and
(c) Within management’s budget

We also came up with a whole range of different merchandise to build awareness of the Tyreright brand and get more bang for their buck.
